area for the past 30 years, Prospect Venture Group,
LLC specializes in the turnkey development of
private gated resort communities and exclusive
retreat estate properties.
Robert Louis Laing McCormick, Jr.
serves as both a Managing Director of Prospect
Venture Group, LLC, and President of Architectural
Construction, LLC and Architectural Systems,
Inc. He is a long time resident of McLean,
Virginia, and with nearly 40 years in construction
and land development, he has earned a reputation
for excellence building premier estate properties
and developments for an exclusive clientele.
Robert McCormick sits on multiple corporate
boards in the Washington , D.C. area and
earned his degree from the University of
Maryland.
Robert's wife Mary McCormick serves as Office Manager and design consultant. Prospect Venture Group, LLC prides itself on the attention it can offer as a family-run business, as well as the special sentiment attached.
